A repeat customer - best customer service this time around and amazing waitress Rene made our evening so much better. She timed... returns perfectly and was not pushy to try to get another group at our table. I had the prime rib which was my worst choicesince eating there. Wife had ribs which where tender and flavorful. Bacon deviled eggs are one of the reasons we come back. Theyare simply awesome. We’ll be back. I’ll make steak the choice in the future. Read more

Food was cold & not cooked properly. Granddaughter liked mac/cheese, & broccoli. But french fries were burnt. My potatoes... were burnt on top & spicy in the middle. I still like the place, they just need more help.. Also had to stand for about 15minutes, I am handicap. Not good. Read more

My husband and I enjoyed our lunch today at Firebirds. Our waitress Chelsea was wonderful. She recommended the Baja Shrimp Pasta... and my husband had the Pineapple Chicken. We were very impressed with the service. We were seated immediately. The manager alsocame around to make sure everything was well, which I thought was pretty awesome. After a afternoon out with the hubby we stopped here to eat. We ordered seared ahi tuna to start which hubby loved but I... wasn’t a fan of. It was a texture issue for me. And then we order steaks. My first time visiting Firebirds! Our server: Teal was professional, kind, and very efficient. Was disappointed there wasn’t a... group deal for mimosas since we made the extra effort to come for brunch. The drinks were great, I had the Screwed Up Coffeewhich was very sweet but tasty, having a second one was a stretch as it was too sweet. The complimentary bread was good, and theappetizers were amazing. I personally love Ahi Tuna, it was cooked to tender perfection and the spicy mustard sauce was zesty!The Deviled Eggs were very good as well, even the jalapeño pieces weren’t as spicy as we expected. Our entrees came and theSalmon Benedict was made very well. We were actually underwhelmed when it came to the Bacon Egg Brioche and the Steak n Eggbowl. After being blown away by the previous foods it was a surprise that these two entrees didn’t live up to the hype of theothers. The tater tot like potatoes are good but nothing special. The horseradish sauce with my steak n egg entree was verystrong and could use more citrus or something else to help cut the intensity. The portion size of the steak was a little on thesmall side considering the higher price. My partner who had the egg sandwich stated that it was bland. Overall Firebirds gets a4/5 from me its expensive, great customer service, and the food can be great but with high standards and the given price I’dexpect more out of the entrees. Went to try for the 1st time. There was about a 20 minute wait for a table so we sat at the bar. They were fairly busy.. Charles... greeted us with a smile! Very friendly and attentive. Ordered some "Hail Mary" Bloody Marys... that's a meal in itself! Coulduse a bit more tomato... Ordered the Grilled shrimp and strawberry salad and my wife ordered the fish tacos... They came outpretty quickly considering how busy. ...and let me tell you the food was great! The salad was delicious... sweet and tangy... Ihad a bite of the tacos and was pleased.. my wife loved them!! I have to say this place was a pleasant surprise for sure. Wewill definitely be back soon!
