Really good burger but a bit pricy. It's a smash style burger with all the crispiness on the patty. Shoestring fries that... reminds me of In n Out, tasty but could be a little crispier. I had a large order with very specific instructions but I gotseveral things wrong in the bag. No big deal to take off things but can't add missing stuff from home. Overall a goodexperience. This place has some of the best burgers in my opinion. I ordered everything through the app (although the app is a little slow),... I was able to order everything and redeem my free reward. They made it all correctly, and it was done by the time I got there,food was still warm even after driving back to my job to eat it. Stopped by for lunch. I had the California Style burger, which was good. Have to get a double for the right amount of meat.... Fries were ok. Very thin and crunchy. I prefer mine a little bit thicker. Prices are on the high side for burgers, although whatyou get is probably a step up from McDonald's or Burger King. Read more

I LOVE their food and root beer floats, but the staff needs additional training. Each time I come I'm told that a medium root... beer float is a different price because some staff us big cups and some use small. Would like consistency. Read more

2nd visit to a Freddy's. Different location. I wasn't impressed with the burgers at the 1st one but an acquaintance told me... Freddy's custard was much better that the local *arl's that has been around since 1947. The place was clean and the wait staffvery attentive at the counter. I purchased the large signature turtle sundae. The amount of toppings were adequate and the cupwas full to the brim. While the taste of the toppings was good, the custard itself had very little taste. I'll stick to *Q formy ice cream needs. *Note this review was completed without using ridiculous un-discriptive terms like OMG, awesome, the bomb,yummy, delish, to die for, do your self a favor, trust me, etc.. Describe the food, service (or lack of) and provide details onthe cost/copy of check and include pictures! Is the place clean? No one cares about the waiter/waitress names, their abilities,or if they look like they fell face first into a tackle box. They get changed like underwear and you don't get to pick one. This place is phenomenal, been going to Fredies for five years now since the first time we found one. I wish they had a location... closer to Baltimore so we did not have to drive 2 hours or wait until we went on a trip. They blow Five Guys away based onselection, taste, and cost. Food and service were outstanding, it's very nice to walk into a fast food restaurant and be treated like somebody important.... The patty melt and the cheeseburger were spot on and you get plenty of fries. We also enjoyed some of the frozen custard andvanilla malt both very very good. Can't wait to come back.
