Not sure what's going on. After all the years we've enjoyed their food and service, today was not good. Took longer than normal,... they got the order wrong, skimped on the ingredients, and the fries seemed like they were old fries just refried in old grease.Just tasted stale. The Pita Bread was over cooked, burnt, and crunchy. The only thing good was the Root beer. Was verydisappointed. Won't be our go to anymore it seems. Did notice there were new employees and a new manager. Hope they get ittogether. Read more
A great place to get a hot fat steak and cheese sandwich. The sub has good flavor and is toasted well. The fries taste so so... good too. I LOVE their strawberry lemonade! Read more
There was a hair in my steak and cheese! ???? they need to wear hair nets! The steak was very greasy and I wasn't crazy about... the bread! Won't be back! Read more
Hair in my fries! Also the King fries are more like pauper fries. Where's all the stuff that's supposed to come on them??
Quality and prices vary wildly. Today, I got overcharged for my normal order of 3 grilled cheese sandwiches and 3 bottled... drinks. When I picked up the sandwiches, one of the normal workers noticed and asked if had ordered what I was charged for. Isaid no, and she DGAF and walked away. My bag had cheese smeared outside of it, and 2 of the 3 sandwiches had green schmutz onthe wrappers. I normally pay cash and tip a lot, but will no longer be returning. Read more
Food was pretty good & chili cheese fries was awesome!
Occasionally we go to the mall to shop, and eat. I'm not big on chik fili anymore. Lines are way too long. I have eaten at Great... Steak before. The food is not bad. The portion size is pretty above standard. The fries are pretty good as well. The price ispretty good, considering the quality, quantity and it's within a mall. If I can give 0 stars I would, I asked for a chicken salad and everything was off the lettuce was brownish green, there was no... pieces of tomatoe it was a whole half cut tomatoe like how am I suppose to eat a tomatoe that big?! The chicken was the wrongkind of chicken and tasted spoiled all in all it was just off I threw it out.worst salad ever Read more
