After 10 minutes no server; I had to go ask for one. We ordered roasted wings; they "ran out" (what? is the roaster broken?).... Server checked on us, I had to explain that salads should be ready by now. Wings have decreased innsize. Bathrooms weredisgusting. If I could give zero stars, I would. Overall, my experience tonight was great! Not only did I have an excellent server/bartender. Jade is her name. I witnessed... other servers being beyond courteous with other customers. They were all super professional. The whole entire staff here isgreat. Read more
Absolutely fantastic service. The ladies are very attentive and seem to genuinely care about their customers. I like spicy... spicy foods and they don't disappoint. Matter of fact I find they're hottest suaces have more flavor than many others around.Would recommend giving them a try. Read more
The Bartender this morning was horrible, I ordered and beer and it took so long to get it. She was too busy talking to everyone... at the bar. Visited here for the first thime in 8+ years and it literally looks exactly the same except dirtier. Waitress took a while to... greet us and just wasnt very friendly. Food was okay but lost my appetite very quick with flys flying all around and uncleanrestaurant. Read more
I?ve visited a lot of Hooters locations across the country and this location, though it?s being renovated, is the friendliest of... them all. Kaeleen took time to welcome me and assist me. I had questions about moving into the area; places to rent in relationto new work. She took the time to help me pick a nice spot! Very helpful and ultra friendly. Quick with my order anddrinks. Great place. Somewhat of a Hooters connoisseur (if that?s a thing), and this is in the top percentile. Friendly service, great... location, and the little extra touches, like Jade did, that make all the difference. I was humilliated and isolated, ignored and treated with ignorance and disrespect! I needed sunglasses because I was seated... under bright lights and next to a glass door where people were coming in and out. The food was fair, the service with "Haillie"as my waitress was a COMLETE FAILURE. It was humiliating to watch Hooters waitresses sit and flirt with customers, yet Icouldn't get anyone to even look at me or ask me if I needed anything. Read more
