Hot Krispy Kreme....!!!! If you haven't been inside a Krispy Kreme store in a while you should go in and see their selection of... donuts instead of just reading about them on the board outside. We visiting this place inside (not through drive-thru) due to having three kids and not wanting to back it up having the kids... pick out their donuts. The host, Ariana, was wonderful, patient, and very nice as we ordered the donuts. We can't say enoughnice things about her! A+ The young man that checked us out however not so much. Seemed "bothered" the entire transaction andGod forbid, we asked for a receipt. If he didn't fully roll his eyes at this simple request, he certainly make it known that itwas bothersome to ask for it. He won't ruin our overall experience and we will be back but I believe he may need to go backthrough customer service training and change his attitude. Read more
Heavenly tasting donuts. Eat one fresh from the donut making machine to be transported to memories of your happiest moments. ... They have a glass wall that allows you to watch them make donuts.... see them go up and down on racks as the dough rises, watchthe first side cook in the hot oil and then watch them get flipped.... finally get mesmerized as they pass through the magicflowing curtain of white sugar. This place is hit or miss. My kids and I have driven 30 mins to go to this Krispy Kreme 5 times this past year. Every single... time the store was closed and only the drive thru was open. Last week even the drive thru was open. I've called many timesbefore driving there and no one ever answers the phone. I think we're basically done at this point, which is sad because wereally loved going here. I'm just not gonna waste my time driving there over and over to find them closed. They never list theircorrect hours online either. Read more
