10/13/2022 4:21pm ordered Detroit style 3 meat pizza, stuffed crust pepperoni pizza, Italian cheesy bread, and 2 Twix cookie... brownies .. Husband stopped by to pick up after on line order. 42.00 .. He did not know the order .. Only portal 3 and code ..Did not have brownies with order. I called, and Hannah said she would write it down in the book, and I could pick up at anothertime .. Ok , however when we opened the pepperoni pizza it was not a stuff crust .. I tried calling back only not to have thephone answered .. Called cooperate spent 11 minutes waiting for rep to answer before hanging up .. Do not recommend ..Especially on line ordering , and don't expect anyone to answer after they mess up including cooperate.. 42.00 incomplete, andwrong order .. No accountability Read more
They never have anything prepared. Rather than waiting in the store for 20-30 minutes, you may as well order from somewhere... better. Read more
The cashier who took my order was extremely rude and mumbled "Jesus Christ" as I added two sodas to my order. I asked him why he... seemed so frustrated and short. His response was "Can't you see I'm busy as Hell!!" No matter how convenient this branch ofLittle Caesars is to me and my family I will not return. I refuse to be mistreated as I am ordering food. So I dunno about anyone else, but every time I order at this location it's a bad experience. Every time you order crazy sauce... online, they'll put the sauce in a bag upside down. So when you open the bag it's damp and wet from liquid sauce. When I triedto bring this up to the employee, he looked at me and said "I don't see what the big deal is". How about the fact it's gross andcould spill everywhere? On top of that, 9 times out of 10 the pizza is undercooked, which is amazing for a chain who's sloganis "Hot and Ready". Twice I have ordered the Italian cheese bread from here and both times the bread was old and hard as if it sat in their hot box... far too long. They really need to keep track of how long food sits in there and throw it away. Extremely disappointed and won'tbe ordering from here ever again. Read more
Took my daughter to this location and her playing a game at school. It was 8:45 when she went into place a order. The Manager /... Worker Chuck was rude the whole time she was ordering.. and then told her that if she was not out front when the pizza wasdone.. that he was going to throw it away. Ordered our food at 7:10 and it?s 8:13 and it?s still not ready. Have children to put to sleep. Will have to leave if food isn?t... ready soon. What a waste of time. I?m sure will be a hassle to get money back. Read more
