Attempted calling store multiple times, no answer after three attempts. Then on the fourth attempt, phone is picked up and then... hung up. Ordered a Deep Dish Pizza and it was still raw. Only good thing about the experience was the cashier who was extremelyfriendly. Read more

Hot N Ready is not a option at this facility. On several occasions I?ve been to this location and it is always a LONG wait. A... few weeks ago was told it would be 10 minutes, 45 minutes-hour later we can get a pepperoni pizza. Same thing yesterday went infor a simple order 1 pepperoni, 1 cheese, and bread sticks. They had no pepperoni ready was told it would be a 45 minute wait.So I settled for their only 2 cheese pizzas and breadsticks. I was thinking good luck to the next customer because they hadliterally no pizzas ready. In my opinion the lack of service and production is a direct reflection of management. This has beenhappening for months at this location. Either there is no manager working to ensure production and other standards are met orthey are significantly under staffed. I would give the benefit of doubt and surely hope it?s not being tolerated and allowed tooperate in this manner. I hope things change so customer can get what is advertised. Read more
