Used the drive thru but food was as we'd ordered, fresh, hot, ect.
This place shouldn?t be getting 3 stars. When I got here it was clean. I was greeted. My order was right and fresh. And the... coffee is good. And I need good coffee in the morning. Waited almost 10 minutes by myself at the drive through speaker for the guy to notice/respond and start taking my order. I... placed my order, pay, he told me to go to the next window; I went to the next window and he handed me my order and didn't comeback. I check my order and was missing an item, I waited for him to come back, but he never did. 3 cars behind me got theirorders and just drove around me, so I got off my car and went to speak to them to get my item. This place is always unorganized. Employees are rude or have no idea what you ordered. The food ia cold half thw time. They... never have pies or there is an extremely long wait weather there is 1 car or no car in front of you. They need new managementor something to get the employees together. Read more
Worsw service ever! I waited 10 miss to order, then paid, then waited another 5 mins ans was asked to pull to the next window.... After 2 others orders were given out, I asked for help, no on responded x3. I parked and went in requesting a manager. Responsewas we were short staff. Manager sitting on her duff not helping with the morning rush. Was finally given my order, no apologiesnot even an acknowledgement from the manager. I'd fire her for sure. Get on the line and help your staff so customers do notknow you gave a staffing issue! Will NEVER be back. Read more

This is probably the worst McDonald's experience I've ever had. Ordered food. Never got cups. A little elderly lady asked for... her cup and was told by the manager to hold on. No ice in drink machine. Tables filthy. Asked for salt and ketchup and was toldto hold on with eye roll and employees walked away. Needs new management and training. Coke is always flat. Read more
