I got hot fudge sundaes with extra hot fudge. They didn?t fill up the ice cream to even the top of the cup until I asked. Also... didn?t give extra hot fudge. Didn?t realize until I was down the road always. May have convinced me to not get even this atMcDonald?s again. At least it was quick. Read more

You ever get a burger so disgusting, so depressing, it makes you rethink your life. Makes you rethink what happened to lead to... this point that you are eating this? thing? that is only legally defined as food so they can sell it to people? Yeah, that?s thesort of experience you can expect from the food from this McDonald?s. Just looking at the thing makes you realize you can do somuch better. This gets 5 stars, not because the food or service is good. But because it is that bad, it makes you strive to be abetter person. We call this the McGrabBag because who knows what your going to get? Order a double cheese, get a happy meal andsome nuggets. Order a mcchicken and get a Big Mac. It?s like one of those mystery loot boxes from one of those video games youhave to pay to open. Okay so I know that ?you get what you pay for? applies but? dang. Not only do I know better than to drive away before checking... the bag because items are usually forgotten. But tonight I had to run back in because I couldn?t even tell the lady what weforgot because she slammed the window before I could say anything. But then I get home and I didn?t notice until I had eatenhalf of it because I was talking with my kiddos but my burger was NOT COOKED! ???????? I see this happened to another personrecently. Let?s pray I don?t get violently sick from this. These employees need serious customer service training. The chicken sandwich I was served was cold, hard and over cooked. From... the color it was plain the deep fryer needed new oil. I waited 10 minutes for replacement. Finally my husband checked and endedup getting into an argument. After a total of 20 minutes the cook brought a fresh sandwich with apologies. She needs to be themanager. My daughter had ordered two apple pies which they never got nor did she get a refund or apology. Read more
Every night I sit at this line for atleast 25 minutes while nobody takes an order at the box . Each person has to wait and be... out on hold for atleast 10 minutes . They don?t have no workers but 2 people in there at night . Having a mobile order that?ssupposed to be fast yet still waiting 45 minutes total , is ridiculous . Hire more people . Read more
Drive through was running organized and well. Order was taken with ease although the order taker didn?t ask me first thing if I... would be using my app so I had to give my drive through code after the order had been placed.
