I order for Uber eats alot from this McDonalds and every single time I order, there is always something wrong. I can't eat... cheese and I order a Bacon Quarter Pounder and select the no cheese option and even write in the extra instructions that I can'teat cheese and this is the 3rd time in 2 weeks that I have cheese on my burger. This is by far the worst example of this franchise in the area. I recently placed an order through the app, only to be told due... to staffing shortages they were only taking Uber Eats orders. Not the first time I've been refused service after placing anorder at this location via the app, but definitely the last time I will never stop there. Why say you're open if you're going toarbitrarily choose who will be served? They probably saved me from food poisoning or worse, so thanks for thinking of me. Read more

I had 2 coaches of HS students heading home from Disney and we stopped here for breakfast. I called a head to let them prepare... for us and they where well staffed, and prepared . We had hardly any wait time and all the food was great !! Thank you !!! Read more

Food was hot and my fries was jus like I wanted them with no salt ??. One of the managers looked tried like he didn't wanna be... there but they can't the drive thru moving. What I didn't like on the app it won't let me order nuggets when it was 12pm in theafternoon so I was confused. Read more

Customer service here is a hit or miss especially with the morning crew. They don?t greet you and always mad. This morning I... pulled up to the first window and the guy was really nice. Then get to the second window and I said good morning and the ladyjust ignored me hurried up and hand me my hot coffee and food I?m saying thank you and she just like go to the yellow box foryour drink then turned her back and walked away. I come here almost everyday and don?t complain about nothing but today I?ve had enough I walked in and got my same order as... always. 10pc meal and the manager on duty was extremely rude and disrespectful. When he handed me my order with a cup I said sirI already received my cup he said okay then with an attitude and snatched the cup back off the counter. Then I looked in my bagand only had two sauces I said sir can I please have more sauces, he says it?s in the bag. I said sir can I please have moresauces he said I already put it in the bag did you look in the bag. I said yes I looked in the bag and I would like more sauceplease he throws the sauce in the bag and it lands on top of my fries. That?s unsanitary and I don?t know how many hands touchedthe bottom of that sauce that he just threw on my food. Since I "deserved a break," I chose to dine in with my mobile order and specified with the app that it be delivered to my table... (table 101). The app told me to wait at my table for service and did not even tell me the order number. There were a couple ofpeople waiting for their orders, and after a few minutes, they cleared out, and at least one staff member appeared to be idle.Yet my order did not arrive. From my seating position, shown in the photo, I could see the ordering counter but not the take outcounter or the status display screen (and no need to). A few more minutes, and my small order was uncharacteristically late fora McDonald's. Another customer was at the counter getting ready to order, and my perplexed stare caught the eye of the ordertaker, who said to me, "Excuse me? Are you waiting for the mocha?" I was (and a sandwich). At this point, I believe I was theonly customer seated at a table. The server indicated that my order was sitting on the counter waiting for me to come pick itup. I replied about the app having instructed me to wait at the table, then after fetching my own food, which was erroneouslyin a take out bag, although I elected to dine in, I apologized for not having understood the protocol and for doing what the appsaid. The server said nothing. Of course I said those things to prompt the apology that she owes me, but it was notforthcoming. I'm sure that McDonald's has designed its food delivery processes to give customers choices. I am over 60, and Ihad just completed some errands that were severely taxing to my 1960 vintage body with chronic sciatic pain. I came in and satdown, electing to be served rather than fetch my own food, because I needed to take a break, and I was very hungry, not havingeaten properly before leaving home.
