Good meal but their spicy is not at all spicy when it comes to asain noodle heat. My wife and I had lunch from here and it was... good but not exactly what I was expecting as far as heat and flavor. We had ordered the Spicy Japanese Pan noodles withmarinated steak and the Spicy Korean Beef Noodles, don't get me wrong they were good but not what I was expecting when I orderedthem very spicy. I?ve just tried food from your restaurant for the first time and it was really good!!! I follow a vegan diet and it?s been nice... to see the many offerings available and just recently learned of your plant based chicken. WOW !!! I have not been to Noodles and Company in a while. I was very surprised to see the menu being taken over by zoodles and... impossible items, as they are not for me. My long time go to, steak stroganoff, was no longer available. This is not an adversereview at all, as I was able to quickly locate a new favorite. Noodles and Company has added a line of stuffed pastas and theroasted garlic cream tortellini with meatballs is now my go to. Potstickers and cheesy garlic bread are always on point. It is not what it used to be. The regular portions are tiny?you literally get 1 cup of pasta. They quit using their nice... dishes for ordering in and now serve everything in cheap plastic containers. I would have gotten better food at McDonalds. Very disappointed. Won?t be back. Read more

After I picked up my order, I went to my car. When I opened the bag, there was an extra container of pasta that I did not order.... I took it inside to alert the staff to the mistake, and they simply handed the pasta to another customer... I had already lefttheir establishment with that food. I could have done anything to it. I could have spit in it, poisoned it, put rocks in itetc.. Did the staff care? No! They just gave it to another customer because they were too lazy to make another one. That isabsolutely disgusting.
