I have been a customer since the opening of this fine establishment. I have seen manager?s, servers and bartenders come and go.... Food items here today, gone tomorrow. (Thanks for bringing the meatballs back!) The staff here right now cares about thecustomers, food and service. They make sure you have a great experience here. Highly not recommended!! We sat for 15 minutes waiting for a server and then another 45 minutes for our food..mind you their was... only 3 other tables with people in the ENTIRE restaurant. when our food arrived I was missing 2 items and my husband received acompletely raw hamburger after ordering a well done one . This used to be one of our favorite restaurants. If you go, don't order steak, baked potato or fried seafood. Steak was to be... medium well but came out made on a waffle iron and beyond well done. The seafood was swimming in oil/grease. How do you makedry coleslaw? Why has the quality of the food preparation gone done beyond the bottom of a pit? My wife had a business trip in the area and we wanted something to eat so we stopped into O?Charley?s. I am so glad we did not... listen to some of the reviews that was posted. We sat at the bar and Shelly the bartender was so professional and nice. She madea great patron margarita and she made a Hennessy sidecar for the first time and it was great. The food was awesome so over allO? Charley?s is now on our Togo list. If you area in the area and you see this restaurant check it out for yourself. I had a HORRIBLE Togo experience. The food was dry, rolls were burnt, no sauces in the bag (even though I had listened them in... my order), no plastic utensils and the food was cold. I tried calling the store multiple times to talk to a Manger about thesituation and each time I got disconnected. I used to enjoy stopping here on occasion for lunch but after today I'm not to surebecause I'm very unhappy with my experience. Read more
