Food was warm and their service was quick. The portions are great, not like other paneras i had visited in the past.
I usually never leave reviews but this was one of the rudest experiences I?ve had at a store. The older woman with long blonde... hair and glasses (likely the manager or wannabe based on her entitled attitude) was being unnecessarily snippy to me and my momwhile ordering. She interrupted us several times while ordering and scoffed at us not knowing an item was taken off the menu. Wewere simply ordering, didn?t ask for anything special or complain at all, and yet I have never had someone be that rude towardsme. Read more
Never again! I placed a curbside order and checked in once I arrived. I waited 15mins after the order was ready and had to walk... in to get my order no one ever came out and no one answered the phone. But yet they just brought out an order two minutes beforeI checked in. What?s the point of curbside if the staff don?t bring the orders outside. They were not busy at all either, soabsolutely no excuses!! And then to top it all off they did not even put my entire order in the bag. I called into the store toask them to bring out the rest of my order and of course no one answered the phone and literally it is 8:30pm. There is twofamilies inside the restaurant. I am the only vehicle waiting at curbside and no one is in drive-through but yet they could notanswer the phone or get my order correct. I have not eaten at this location in months and I see why!! Also to add to thefrustration, the smoothie was absolutely disgusting, and the soup tasted as if it were days old. Normally we love Panera bread but in this case not so good. My wife ordered one of the warm bowls the Mediterranean and it's... supposed to have chicken in it and there was two measly little pieces of chicken. Read more
We had lunch, bbq chicken sandwich and tuna sandwich, both with side of chips. Pepsi to drink. Place clean, not crowded at all,... so fast service Read more
I usually don?t write any reviews or complain but this time was really bad so I have to say something. Today after my daughter?s... soccer practice we went to Panera Bread at cosner corner shopping center. We ordered 2 kids mac and cheese with side of chips.They didn?t have them ready so we waited abit longer but that was not the issue. The issue was when we got our food. Both macand cheese cups were half empty and when I told the girl that brought our food, she told me it?s a new portion. I told her weget the same food all the time and we never get half empty cup but she said it?s the new portion and she poured it her self. Mydaughter was so hungry and we didn?t go inside to talk to the manager but I?m not happy with it. It was 4 or 5 spoons of mac andcheese and I payed 13$ and some change for them. This is not right. Great food as one would expect from a Panera. Ripping the sole of your shoe over exposed bolts is however not worth it.
This is the third visit that I've went there to buy things for office morning coffees and bagels and cream cheese. This time... the bagel machine got stuck slicing them and half my bagels were broken up she gave me one knife with 18 bagels. When I ask herabout the broken bagels she said they were okay then she said just let me do my job! The manager corrected the coffee from thetrip before because it was burnt which was the only good thing about my trip today. Quite disappointed in her three times in arow. Read more
