I would give this store 0 stars if I could. I ordered 2 medium slushes ($8.24 plus 1 dollar tip) from this store at about... 6:35pm, after 25 minutes of my drinks not being delivered I decided to press the talk button to speak to someone and they toldme that they were in a rush and that our drinks were coming out now. I was understanding because everyone has a rush now andthen, the only problem was I had somewhere to be at by 8. We waited another 20 (around 7:20) before we decided we couldn't waitany longer and called them again to see if they were still going to deliver them, the guy was really rude (like I was in thewrong) and told me that they were in a rush and they are trying to get everyones drink out chronologically. At that point we hadto leave so I kindly asked for a refund because I had to leave just for him to tell me I won't be refunded until my drinks cameout and I'll have to wait an unspecified amount of time until they could get to my order. I have never had to wait more than 20minutes for my order at any sonic, but over 40 minutes? That's a little excessive for two slushies. I will not be returning tothis store and I don't even know how I can get a refund. I paid them a tip too. I hope they enjoyed my two slushies that I wasnot able to. Read more
This was the worst service we've ever encountered at a Sonic or anywhere else for that matter. We were the only car in the drive... thru and they made us wait for 20 minutes with no update at all on what was going on. We eventually knocked on the glass to askthem to refund us, which took another 5 minutes. The cashier held onto our credit card way too long and judging by the smirk onhis face, he thought the whole episode was funny. The manager was embarrassingly incompetent and by way of apology just keptsaying, "sorry I'm new," and sent us on our way. We will never go to any Sonic again if this is who they hire and promote tomanagement. I think we were very patient to wait quietly for 20 minutes, especially with an infant in the back seat but we werecompletely shocked by the rudeness and unprofessionalism of the cashier and incompetence of management. Didn?t give me a third of my order. Drove 5 miles back to my room and half the food wasn?t there. Shorted me 2 orders of fries,... 1 order of chicken strips and a burger. Thanks sonic. Guess trying to do your job is too much to ask. Read more
I've been here well over 20 times in the last year and a half and I've never had an issue. I never see this level of efficiency... and accuracy from food establishments as consistent as this Sonic location. I'm nit-picky about employees neglecting to includesauces, straws, and napkins (and eating utensils) and again, I've never had an issue. Unlike with several places in the area. Sowhile Sonic isn't 5/5 star food, this locations employees make it a 5/5 overall score. Read more
Terrible service. Went for milkshakes with my family and we ordered 6 shakes and a large fry and waited over 45 minutes for them... while other orders were filled and people ate and left. We asked multiple times where they were and we kept being told they'recoming. Come to find out, they rang up our order through the wrong stall and rather than checking or trying to figure it outthey let us sit here and kept telling us it would be ready. THEN, they didn't even give us the right order. I've never had sucha terrible experience at this sonic and I won't be coming back any time soon. Read more

We bought here on Nov 25, 2022, around 10:40 pm. We ordered fries with no salt which meant they should have been hot, but the... fries were cold meaning they were made earlier. The burgers tasted awful and they were sloppy. My wife threw her burger andfries away in disgust, and I ate Thanksgiving dinner again just to get the bad taste of the Sonic food out of my mouth. Sticking with Five Guys for quality burger and fries. We left the house to late to get a great burger. Never again?Five Guys orrestaurants for life! Read more
