I will not be back at this location. I came in today, ordered mobile with an expected time of completion of 9-12 minutes. I... walked in and waited about 20 minutes. I noticed that in-store and drive thru were being completed and they were taking stickersfrom mobile and sticking them up on the shelf and leaving them. I watched them fulfill at least 20 orders. I asked and theysaid "yours is next in line." Waited another 10 minutes as I watched my order not be made. I asked for a manager, she told methat they pull from both lines but that I may be further down on the list because of mobile orders. I told her I think it'sridiculous to fulfill orders that just ordered before you make one from 20+ minutes ago. She was very argumentative and I toldher I would contact corporate (which I did) and I just wanted my drinks. For $17 for 3 coffees it should take no more than 8-10minutes. This place needs to train their employees when people want to use points. I have many points that I can use but the employee... still charged me for the drink. Please manager train your staff on recognizing when customers wish to use their points. This issecond time it has happened to me. Thanks, but the drink was delicious. Read more
This Starbucks is phenomenal. My daughter works at a Starbucks, but not this one. Her store is pretty awesome, but Warrenton... Road (Rt 17) Starbucks is the best. They are so personable, professional, and they make an effort to get to know theircustomers. Also, they are always cleaning, which is fantastic! Read more
Overpriced, overrated. There's a reason Dunkin Donuts coffee rates better in every taste test. And seriously, how do you screw... up a hot chocolate? They've managed to do it twice. They won't get a 3rd try. Do yourself a favor and go to a local coffeeshop. Read more
