A year later still the same and how are you Starbucks and run out of coffee??!! And could not scan the app for payment. The... worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Staff is extremely rude and the pike coffee tastes like weak tea. She remade it and itstill tasted horrible. Read more
Very slow staff. Not friendly. They seemed to be in a conversation amongst each other rather trying to get our drinks out... waited 15 minutes just for 2 coffees and food. This is the Starbucks located inside of the Target (9785 Jefferson Davis) and I always wondered why it wasn't busy. Stopped by... yesterday morning (Sept 5, 2012) and ordered a Salted Caramel Mocha. Cashier was unfriendly. She did not bother speaking orasking if I needed anything. Eventually took my order, left the cup at the end of the counter. Sadly, this is what the nextgeneration is becoming. Disconnected and self-absorbed. Starbucks needs to do better in their hiring practices and spend sometime in the areas to see how to rev up their business. It might have something to do with your frontline people attitudes!!!Will not be ordering from that location ever again. Love the Targets! Love the Coffee! Detest lackadaisical employees(Starbucks).
