One of the employees were high and literally took forever to make our food. When I asked for their new sandwich on the menu, the... Mozza Meat" they kept asking me over and over again what meats go on it. Ordered lunch online, sandwich was ready as promised. Bread and vegetables were fresh. Sandwich was excellent.
Food is decent. Staff has gone downhill though. Server acted like he didn't want to be there, let alone wait on anyone. Walked... away from the register when I was trying to pay for my meal, then told me I could fill my drink when he didn't even give me thecup! The food was ok for Subway but very sloppily prepared. The real reason for my bad review is the two young "ladies" working there... today (10/4/18). They barely listened to us when we ordered, in fact we had to repeat our orders several times because theykept getting distracted. No eye contact and were obviously more interested in the Walmart employee they had just served thaninteracting with the customers in front of them. When we got to the register they were literally laying across the counterlaughing and hollering trying to get said Walmart employee to continue whatever conversation they had going on prior to usgetting there. Subs were okay. I guess that she was the manager on duty. She seemed bothered. She toasted my sub wrong. This time it was her... husband and friend there. Last time she was sitting at a table with what looked like her whole family. Every time I go in thereshe has someone there and she doesn't step in until they get backed up. Read more
I have never been so unsatisfied in my life! The associate was beyond rude! I told her I'd need a minute to figure out what I... wanted and she stood there staring at me, making me feel rushed. I got myself the Italian hero and it was absolutely disgusting.I asked for the black forest ham kids meal for my daughter (I've never ordered from the kids menu here before so I didn't knowthe rules) she asked what kind of bread, I said flat, and ash asked what size, i said 6 Will be fine. She threw the sandwichtogether and then when paying I asked about her drink and she, Rudly, told me that because I got a 6in it is no longer a kidsmeal and does not come with a drink. I got an uber eats order and they did not toast the chicken and bacon ranch. Nice raw and cold bacon. Only included 4 subs, when... the order was supposed to be for five. I ordered double meat, but they used chicken patties, not the chicken strips. Read more
