I found hair in my food, I brought this up to the cashier and all she offered was to make another sandwich for me. I don't need... a sandwich, at least not one after knowing the food in the restaurant is contaminated. I was hoping they would look up for anyhair/contaminants in the food that's being served on the counter but they didn't even have a glance at it. They called up themanager and he offered to make a new sandwich too. They had no interest in finding out how the food is contaminated. Read more

I want to point out that the staff was nice and courteous. However, they were out of basic meatball, didn't ask if we wanted the... sandwich as it comes or to customize it (subway is know for their options so we assumed we would be asked). The customer beforeus, they jad to remake his sub 3 times because they unfortunately could not speak or understand English very well. Bothassociates were nice and tried their best but overall it was a disappointing experience. Looks like it was just a hard night forthem, but they really did try to provide good service. Read more
