We come here all the time! Waitress and cooks are always on point. Highly recommend the miso soup, shrimp tempura appetizer and... roll, crab Rangoon, hibachi with chicken and shrimp and vegetable fried rice. Volcano roll is also so good. The food is absolutely delectable!! Sushi rolls are very fresh and flavorful, appetizers are hot and yummy! They have desert but... I couldn't find it on the menu. Excellent Prices. Only takeaway is the service!! Very slow and unorganized. if you are planningto go here, make sure you have nothing planned afterwards. First time in here. No wait to sit. Place was decently busy but not packed. Very loud inside between crowd and music felt like I... was in a busy bar. Rolls were good, slightly small but all you can eat I'll take small and tasty all day. The rice was decent,not the best a tad dry on some rolls. Tried 3 different varieties of mosago and they all tested off. The single pieces of sushiwere excellent! The portions on the salads were small but I actually liked that. Allowed me to enjoy different selectionswithout getting too full. Minus a star for the atmosphere and the tables and floors felt greasy like a waffle House. It's honestly a shame that Sushi Kola consistently hires waitstaff that is decidedly sub-par, as their food tends to be... good. Recently I went out for sushi, and my usual spot was closed. I have had a couple mediocre experiences at Sushi Kola butdecided to give them one last chance. Once again, they let me down. The waitstaff on prior occasions have been downright rude,and on this evening they were simply inattentive, but it was enough for me to say goodbye to Sushi Kola for good this time. Thefood tends to be quite good, albeit not the most attractive thing, and the kitchen staff is quick and efficient.. if I didn'tknow better I'd think that the management trains their waitstaff to be slow so that their customers manage to eat less, butsurely that's not the case, right? went in on sunday for lunch; went with son and his friends. catherine, i think, was our server. she did an outstanding job,... complete turn around from the experience i had a couple years ago which soured me to this place. had some really good rolls... had some awful rolls (bannana and mayo? ... some god awful soft shell crab). i love me a good rainbow roll, theirs wasmaybe a 2/5. i think it was 20 bucks a person. overall, had a great time. the food kept rolling, which was another issue ihad the last time i came.
