You can no longer place your order with a human being inside of the restaurant. All orders MUST be placed at one of two self... service kiosks. I observed someone asking an employee if they could please take their order for them and they directed thecustomer to use the kiosk, even though they expressed they didn't understand how to use it. The staff was friendly and they got my oder just right. The facilities are clean. This Is a newer location and they can get... pretty busy especially in the drive through but they've seemed to always pull through for me. Read more
I don?t normally post my discontent in These type of situations but it this is dissatisfactory. I am having a watch party for... the football game today for my youth group and we wanted to purchase some tacos from Taco Bell. We get the party pack and we areon our way. As soon as we arrive to our destination and open up the tacos it feels like nothing more than just tortilla. Uponcalling customer service instead of immediately offering to remake the tacos They reply that they only put a specific amount ofmeat and cheese ratio inside of the tacos. I guess I am mainly stating all of this because I would?ve appreciated bettercustomer service. Read more
Um yeah not a good thing when particles of what's supposed to be scrambled eggs, and we'll (being nice) beans was more juice... then beans, and a dash of cheese, you decide what you think it looks like. Smh!! Read more
