Came in around 6pm and had a hour wait which is fine for a Friday night. Wasn't the fastest service I've had here but he was... decent. Food was good as always. Read more

Smothered T-Bone steak and the sides were fantastic. I came right as the establishment opened so my food came out very quickly.... Bartender ensured my order was accurate and periodically checked up on me. See ya next time! Read more

Visited 6-6-22 The grilled chicken was dry because it was over cooked. After I added the salad dressing it tasted better. The... salad does not come with pickles or red onions I added that. The to go rolls comes with four in the bag & sweet butter. Tasty. The BBQ sauce on the ribs were average. Customer service was great both days. I spoke to a manager on 6/7/22 and she offered forthem to make the salad again. Thanks Ms. Sam Read more

Not the best Texas Roadhouse I've been to but not the worst either. Other places use name tags at the bar, but not this place.... Sat at the bar, service was good, He was stretched pretty thin but was on top of it the whole way without being frazzled. It wasbusy for 11:20 on a Saturday afternoon. The baked potato was good, Caesar Salad had no brown leaves, it was fairly cold and okmaybe the pieces were a little large, but no issues really. The rolls were hot and fresh. I got the ribs, full rack. Portionsize was very generous, I could only eat half. Flavor was ok, but slightly off compared to my experiences at other TRH's. Butthe meat was tender and fall off the bone. good value for $21.00. Had a couple Sam Adams seasonal beers, and the selection atall TRH's is pretty limited, and while not a rip-off, not the best beer prices in town either. Overall enjoyable and would comeback again. I traveled through the Carolina's for work last week and ate at a Texas Road House every night for three nights ina row. Jacksonville NC was by far the best across the board while Fayetteville was the worst. This place falls somewhere inbetween. Read more

If I could give takeout zero stars I would, whenever we eat inside it is always perfection but as soon as we order something... from to go it turns into a disaster! From pulling up texting that we were here and having to wait an hour because the takeoutpeople do not want to walk out our order because we don’t “tip them a lot” to missing stuff and having opened and oldfood. I ordered today and they had forgotten the ranch and also my sides for a salad the chicken was raw and the butter androlls look liked someone had already eaten them. I can guarantee you I will never be eating here again in or out. Read more

We get carry out from here often but this time was a disappointment. Parts of our order were wrong not to mention one dessert... and steak we ordered were not up to their normal standard. I get being busy but quality should still be better than what we weregiven. Read more
