Unfortunately this place is nowhere like it used to be. When splitsville was there the chicken tenders and the chive dip with... the cones of fries was super. We went there recently and received cold chicken tenders that we sent back and didn?t orderanything else. We also got a pizza which was ok. I?m sorry that Splitsville had to close. Horrible customer service! Me and my husband were trying to grab some quick apps before our movie so we decided to come here. We... sat at the bar where it was empty and two workers were behind the bar and NO ONE greeted us. We sat there for about 10minswithout a hello or I?ll be right with you. This is not what it used to be! Horrible service!!! Wanted to grab a quick dinner before our movie. Hostess immediately sat us... and server came to take our drink order. They don?t have tea- no biggie. Ordered 2 appetizers- both came. Mozzarella sticksbarely warm and chicken dip was colder than cold- cheese barely melted. Wanted sushi but they said they no longer offer any ofthe 6 sushi options on the menu.. other items ordered were mediocre and fries were cold. Order salad- came with no dressing- theguy from the back bringing food must be part turtle because he literally took 5 minutes to come back with it.. Was there for anhour and server never came back to offer refills or anything else. He looked over at us many times but was to involved makingvideos with another customer at the bar.. Fun bowling and arcade! Bowling can get $$ on certain nights - make sure to hit the discount nights. If you get a strike when... the pink pin is in the front middle spot and you record it or a staff member sees then you get a free game. Sarah, the bartender on the top floor, went above and beyond for me. I dropped a ring that somehow went under the lip of the bar... and this women got on her hands and knees and was able to pull it out for me. Talk about all around service!
