I dropped a ring that somehow went under the lip of the bar... and this women got on her hands and knees and was able to pull it out for me. Talk about all around service! Unfortunately this place is nowhere like it used to be. When splitsville was there the chicken tenders and the chive dip with... the cones of fries was super. We went there recently and received cold chicken tenders that we sent back and didn?t orderanything else. We also got a pizza which was ok. I?m sorry that Splitsville had to close. Horrible customer service! Me and my husband were trying to grab some quick apps before our movie so we decided to come here. We... sat at the bar where it was empty and two workers were behind the bar and NO ONE greeted us. We sat there for about 10minswithout a hello or I?ll be right with you. This is not what it used to be! Horrible service!!! Wanted to grab a quick dinner before our movie. Hostess immediately sat us... and server came to take our drink order. They don?t have tea- no biggie. Ordered 2 appetizers- both came. Mozzarella sticksbarely warm and chicken dip was colder than cold- cheese barely melted. Wanted sushi but they said they no longer offer any ofthe 6 sushi options on the menu.. other items ordered were mediocre and fries were cold. Order salad- came with no dressing- theguy from the back bringing food must be part turtle because he literally took 5 minutes to come back with it.. Was there for anhour and server never came back to offer refills or anything else. He looked over at us many times but was to involved makingvideos with another customer at the bar.. Fun bowling and arcade! Bowling can get $$ on certain nights - make sure to hit the discount nights. If you get a strike when... the pink pin is in the front middle spot and you record it or a staff member sees then you get a free game. My wife and I with another couple were looking for a place to have drinks and appetizers and some food. We found The Agency and... thought it looked like a place to do that. Nice Big bar, nice chairs and couches and high top tables. The beer was good but theservice was awful and very slow. The appetizers were over priced and small portions and over cooked. Server did not bring us thedipping sauces for apps or plates or silverware. Server said it took while to get our apps because The lounge upstairs was busyand was backing up service for downstairs. ANGELA BANKS was our amazing bartender at this place. She told me about her job when we were looking for a new place to enjoy... outside of the same old places in Fredericksburg and the vibe was perfect! There?s bowling, arcade games, pool tables, moviesand drinks and food from good ole Angie :) she was so nice and patient with us while we took forever to order food. She put meon to the funnel cake fries and ohmagawwwwd YALL!!! Highly recommend. I always appreciate a service worker who knows how to beattentive to what I?m asking for and efficient at that. The compliments were also appreciated! Thank you Angie for helping mefind my new favorite spot, I?m telling and bringing all my friends. The atmosphere is great, even better than before the remodel. The service was good and I love the arcade that has been added. ... As it was before, the bowling ally is nice affordable and a lot of fun. The drinks are little pricey for the quality, but whatyou'd expect for a similar experience. The only negative is that the menu is pretty basic. More variety and something similarto the options they had before would have been really nice. I went with my family, but would certainly consider this a greatspot for a fun date night. Read more
