When we come to Fredericksburg, our new favorite place to eat is Vitae Felice. The owner is wonderful and am excellent chef. I... had an Eggplant Parm to die for. My husband had Veal Marsala with mushrooms that was fabulous. We were five people and each dishwas amazing. We just ate her for Mother’s Day today and the food is amazing & delicious authentic Italian. We recently moved to Virginia... from NY and have been looking for authentic Italian food and this is it. Pasta is Al Dante.. sauce is so delicious and cutletswe’re amazingly tender. For dessert we enjoyed an overstuffed delicious cannoli. Food was standard at best, certainly not authentic Italian, service was ok did not like having my food served by a young man... maybe 12 years old and the price was outrageous. The quality was just not there, you are better off going to the Olive Garden. Read more

Excellent tasting food. Perfect portion sizes. Nice staff. Their bread had a soft inside and slightly crispy outside. Mahi-mahi... with crab was cooked well. The salad with vinaigrette tasted good, however it was drenched in it. We also had the cheese stickswhich were well made and not just pulled from the freezer.
