After my review, the store manager, Pearl, reached... out to me and was very apologetic and promised a new order free of charge. I have been ordering the pepperoni pizza rolls for the last year. This time out of the 8 in the box, 2 were just balls of bread,... no pepperoni or cheese at all. Very upset! I called for delivery and tip well. So now apparently you have to order over 18 dollars worth of food. But my point... is I?ve never had to do that. I tried to use the menu coupon for 10.99 and they quoted me a price for over 25 dollars. Calledthe Manager back and all she said was sorry, the menu has changed? As much as I love their pizza. Ordered from this location over the weekend and used the online option for carryout. Got a variety of different items including... 3 subs, a pizza, salad, and pepperoni rolls. I arrived only to be told that they ran out of lettuce earlier that day and couldnot fulfill the salad order. They were apologetic and did refund me for it. I can't blame them as it went through the onlineordering system. Had I called I am sure they would have let me know over the phone that they were out of lettuce and it wouldhave allowed me to order something different. I was a little disappointed but again, can't really blame them based on how Iordered. I would have liked an offer of a replacement for another item.
