I have been ordering the pepperoni pizza rolls for the last year. This time out of the 8 in the box, 2 were just balls of bread,... no pepperoni or cheese at all. Very upset! I called for delivery and tip well. So now apparently you have to order over 18 dollars worth of food. But my point... is I?ve never had to do that. I tried to use the menu coupon for 10.99 and they quoted me a price for over 25 dollars. Calledthe Manager back and all she said was sorry, the menu has changed? As much as I love their pizza. What a bold-faced liar this girl was. I got an email saying our order was out for delivery. We are 1.5 miles away. After 32... minutes we called to ask what's up. The lady asked what number it was ordered under. (No other questions) I accidentally gavethe wrong number. Then she said "Oh! I see it right here. It's on the way". First-time customer of Vocelli Pizza. Ordering online was easy and convenient as it was to put instructions on how I wanted my... order delivered. I had set specific instructions that I wanted my order place in the chair nearest the door with the beigecushions. That didn't happen what happen was the delivery person walked past the chair to the far end of the porch and placedmy order on my planting table that was covered in the dirt also the delivery person didn't ring the bell as instructed either.Nor did they call to say they were out of lemonade and took for granted Serra Mist would be all right, it was not. The cannolisI ordered were staled and doughy the filing inside was hard, not soft. The one star comes from the Stromboli it was all rightwith the extra cheese I ordered. However, the Stromboli, as well as the cinnamon sticks, were cold, not hot. Customer servicewas lacking when I called and spoke with Anthony and also when I called back today to speak with one of the owners about thesecond charge on my CC her name was Aman. IMO both cared less about my less than favorable experience with them as a first-timecustomer. Anthony made an excuse for the delivery person by saying "she does not speak or read English." I cannot patronize abusiness that doesn't respect my experience especially when it is awful. I cannot recommend this Vocelli Pizza. This was the first time we have ever ordered from here. Must say the pizza was really good. Delivered hot and came within the... time they said. Delivery lady was nice. Ordered from this location over the weekend and used the online option for carryout. Got a variety of different items including... 3 subs, a pizza, salad, and pepperoni rolls. I arrived only to be told that they ran out of lettuce earlier that day and couldnot fulfill the salad order. They were apologetic and did refund me for it. I can't blame them as it went through the onlineordering system. Had I called I am sure they would have let me know over the phone that they were out of lettuce and it wouldhave allowed me to order something different. I was a little disappointed but again, can't really blame them based on how Iordered. I would have liked an offer of a replacement for another item. That said, everyone enjoyed their subs, the pizza, andpepperoni rolls! Read more
