This place absolutely sucks! I have never had worse service in my life! The app sucks and when you call the workers don?t even... speak English good enough to understand them. This Fredericktown location needs to be shut down or get some people who speakEnglish! Read more
Haven't had the best of days, walked in and Riley greeted us with a cheerful smile and a personality that made me forget the bad... part of the day. They weren't busy but everyone was busy cleaning and restocking. Thanks Riley and staff for the pleasantexperience. By the way, the pizza was fantastic. Read more
Got carry out, pizza was hot and delicious. Cheesy breadsticks scrumptious! Great customer service I didn?t have to wait long... and Kelsey took care of my order she is awesome! Food was fine, but the restaurant was kind of dirty. It was obvious they're short staffed. The tables weren't wiped off, the... floors had food on them. While we were there another guest even lit a cigarette while inside and there wasn't any staff aroundto say anything. It's very self-serve at the moment and self-cleaning for tables, and it's easy to tell most guests don't careto do that. Read more
It would be nice if this Pizza Hut would get opened back up with full service. The way it's being ran right now you have to do... everything yourself except actually make the pizza. By this I mean you pick out what you want, go up and place the order andwait. You can't get fountain sodas or tea. If they don't have what you want in a bottle to bad. Just luckily I had a glass oftea in the car and they said I could bring it in. They did bring the pizzas to the table in takeout boxes with paper plates,napkins and forks. That was all they did. They never asked if we needed anything else. Whatever we did need we had to go askfor. This Pizza Hut use to be a really great place to go eat at but has really went to hell. The pizza's were good but that'sall. We joked about if we should leave a tip or not since we did all the work. I was first to leave so I don't know if the restof the party left any tip or not. I sure won't go back to eat there. Don't know if I will even use carryout or delivery. Read more
