Don?t order after 5pm they never have any bread
So let me get this straight, I can submit a mobile order while 3 people are standing behind the counter talking, not working,... and not taking orders. But when I ask about my order it will be 20 minutes and they act indignant about my questioning over 2sandwiches. Didn?t know this wasn?t fast food. Read more
Love it! It is always amazing. Nice service. The lady that served me was focused on geting my order right and put effort in to... it which I rarely see anywhere else and she was the nicest person ever. They where fast and got my 4 subs done quickly alongwith my wrap. Truly great experience ???? Read more
I like the subs and the people but whenever I get mobile orders the bread is switched around. I usually get Italian herbs and... cheese and it?s just not the same with a different bread :( Read more
Horrible customer service.....will NOT come back, would rather drive an extra 20 minutes than buy from this Subway
Went through the drive though, and I guess they think that since you cant see them they can skimp on meat. My wrap had about 1/3... of the meat it normally does and was mostly lettuce. Read more
I called to order 10 subs almost 5 hours before needing to pick them up. Initially the worker was helpful but then another... individual (perhaps a manager?) got on the line & very rudely told me that it was far too large an order & that I needed to givethem 24hrs notice. I then questioned if I brought 10 folks into the store & needed to buy subs for all of them, would I berefused service? She said 'yes' & said that they had 25 people in line (this was a lie as I was driving past the store at thetime) & that they could not possibly accommodate my order. Very unprofessional. Employee today on veggie section was making subs with her long fake black fingernails poking out of her gloves touching... everyone's food and all of the vegetables. It was evident that she had not changed her gloves and had many many subs with hergloves soiled and long black fingernails contaminating all the food. Read more
