This store needs training. They have 3 people expediting orders, and only take one order at a time. Took at least 10 minutes... of standing there before anyone took our order, and there was only 1 person ahead of us. Had to spell out the order severaltimes to make sure the person understood the order properly. Discovered they were out of several menu items. When we sat downwe realized that our order was missing things, but didnt feel like having to endure another exchange with the staff. I thinkthis does it for me as a customer. It was tough to stay smiling and polite. Read more

Went to the drive thru, ordered a large sprite. They charged me $4 and handed over fries to me that which we never talked about... while giving order. Staff needs to be little more careful. Read more

Came through here late night which usually is not the best service. Our server I believe her name was Shristi was absolutely... wonderful! So kind and prompt for our food. Makes me want to come back here more often :) Read more

Food was under cooked both times or was from day before. Didn't have original chicken sandwich or gravy for poutine. Didn't give... me my receipt had to go back through drive thru to get it. I had to cook my burgers when I got home. No ketchup for fries.Barely any lettuce or tomato or sauce on the burger had to add my own when I got home. Terrible service and food was horribleboth times I went there. I wasted money, years ago I use to order original chicken burgers and they were amazing. Don't knowwhat happen to the place. Never going back again. Stay away from there if your smart. Read more

Went there last around 10pm. We ordered chicken nuggets thay were so dried out and were cold. Both meals. Chicken was hard must... been under warming light a long time. No dipping sauce or ketchup for fries. The fries were warm but not cooked through. Read more

The furthest place I have ever been in. The sewer backed up. They didn't bother to put a sign putting the bathrooms out of... service. Even after I brought it up management didn't do anything about it. They won't be getting my business anytime soon. Eventhe general cleanliness of the restaurant was not clean. Board of Health should close them down. Read more

Normally enjoy Burger King here in Fredericton, but this experience was different. I got about half way through my chicken... burger to notice the texture and taste change. The burger was extremely under cooked. I don't like leaving negative reviews onpages, but I felt it was necessary. 1 out of 5 stars because when I called to talk to someone about this matter, the answer andsnarky remark was not suffice. It was brushed off as not a big deal. I was sick that evening, and where there is food beingserved this is unacceptable. Willing to change rating if Manager calls me back. Read more
