The food was reasonably good but we had very slow lunchtime service (particularly since 3 of the 4 diners ordered the special... and the 4th had soup and salad..we waited probably half an hour) and we had to remind our server to bring a couple things we hadordered. I called Byblos to cater for 25 people. They were very professional. They asked me exactly what my requirements were with... patience. This was the beginning of the week. Throughout the week, I was anxious if the food would make it on time etc. Well,the food was delivered exactly on time(even 10 minutes earlier to allow us set it up) and still very hot! (It was steaming whenit reached :D ) They also called back to make sure everything was in order and as expected after the order was delivered. Theydid this on their off day on Sunday at 6PM!!! Even just for this, I would have given four stars but THE FOOD WAS FANTASTIC(LITERALLY) from its price, packaging to TASTE; so, DEFINITELY 5 STAR and A+++ service! Thank you so much! Read more
Fantastic! We had the Byblos sharing plate for two. The hummus is one of the best I've ever had and the grape leaves were GOAT.... Everything was delicious and the staff were extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. Homemade and heavenly! Read more
A very nice spot with great service. I went here with a group for lunch and sat outside. The Hummus was some of the best I've... had in the city of not the best. The Falafel Bowl was an interesting dish that I've never had before. Basically a poke bowl, butfor falafel and crispy pita. Quite tasty overall, the Falafel had such an excellent crunch to it and I devoured the wholedish. I'll have to go back for dinner and try more of their food soon. Read more
Had a great experience at this restaurant. The most authentic place I have been to in Fredericton. If you are looking for large... portions full of flavour this is the place to go. Recommend call ahead for reservations during normal eating times. I was luckyenough to be able to squeeze in. Good selection of food and drink. Seems to be a popular place for takeout with the constantdilivery people in and out. Definitely will come again when I get a craving for shwarma. Read more
I had tried both traditional and normal chicken shawarma here but really did not get the authentic taste of a shawarma. It felt... like normal chicken wrap. Chicken Tawook was good. Restaurant is in a good location and have outdoor dining which is reallynice. Read more
Amazing!!! First time for all four of us and two were facing a long drive home so we pre-ordered the Mix for Four so we could... sample a variety. Everything was PHENOMENAL, our server was awesome and had plenty of leftovers. A total gem & will definitelybe back! Read more
