We had 4 children with us and the server was not very prompt in getting them glasses of water. It also took a very long time to... get our salad and and adult beverages. We went in East Side Mario uptown in Fredericton on July 15, 2022-the day before our wedding to celebrate with our family. We... ordered and waited almost half an hour for our main course. Also, we ordered all you can eat soups or salads with our maincourse which never got refilled after our first serving. My husband asked for more water and salad which he never got. Hefinally got water from the bar. We spent almost 2 hours at the restaurant. Most of our time there was for waiting for our food.Overall, it was a terrible experience. Read more

Took a friend (a senior lady) for supper last night. From the moment we walked in the door we had amazing service! As usual,... the food was good and service was very fast. But a huge shout-out to our server Kristen, who was attentive and engaging anddealt with my friends special requests with good humor! In these "Covid" times, many seniors have been isolated and Kristenmade her feel she was was a long-lost family member. :) Well done Kristen! Read more

Went here for my birthday. The place was empty. The wife and I were placed near the kitchen at the worst table. A big party... came in and sat beside our table. The traffic and the small size of our table made it near impossible to eat as people passedby. We left after the appetizer. We didnt go anywhere else. Totally ruined our evening. The floor is sticky as well. Notclean and bad service. Stay away. They do not care about the customer. Read more
It was a very busy day it was my hubby's birthday when we arrived as we're a large family , the staff at door are very sweet and... kind they took us right in so there was not no waiting in line for us which was nice.???? The staff are very efficient and didnot have it waiting long at all for our food , even though the place was so busy ????The meals were absolutely fantastic ????andI have to say" there was a bartender or waitress who was just go go go with the big smile on her face I couldn't help but snap apic???? Her energy was awesome and was on her toes working hard as we noticed they all were working hard and very kind anywaysall the staff greeted us on the way in and greeted us on the way out we will definitely be back again that's guaranteed100%!!!!!The cook or who ever running this place sure knows what their doing in the kitchen.
