Anytime I?ve been to this Harvey?s it has been the worst service. The staff were very polite and friendly, but unbelievably slow... considering there were only 2 vehicles in the drive thru Including mine, and MAYBE one or two customers inside. Sat at the drivethru speaker for 10 minutes before someone even said anything. When they finally said something it was asking us to wait amoment (which was another 10 minutes). And then a 20 minute wait for our food. Nothing against the food service workers becauseI know it is a difficult job but I will never be coming here again. Don?t come here unless you want to crisp up of old age fromwaiting for your food. Read more
The person at the cash was Great, he made an error with our order but apologized and had it fixed. The person putting the... toppings on the burger was a nice younger guy until he too opened his mouth the woman cooking the burgers has a mouth that needsto be kept shut or back in an office away from customers. We asked that instead of using the older patty that was burnt we wouldlike fresh burgers. So she put the old burger back on the grill and heated it up then used it again after we had requested notto have that one. Then when we pointed it out the guy behind the counter got nasty. Then after we had our food and sat down oneof the workers behind the counter plainly stated that she hopes we don?t come back. Rude rude rude. Cannot even believe it.Don?t worry we won?t be back, you?ll get your wish. All we wanted was fresh food. Not attitude. I only gave it 1 star because Icouldn?t post the review without it. Just not worth it. Honestly it used to be better but the service I received today (Feb 23, 2022) was terrible. Not only did I... wait over 10 minutes for someone to say anything to me (no one else in the store) but the two salads I ordered to go, had nocustomization or even salad dressing. Harvey's is always an interesting choice. I understand why some people don't like it, but I'm a fan as far as chain restaurants... go. They have the 2nd best apple pie, very crunch hot pocket. It's just missing the excessive coating of cinnamon and sugar ofA&W. As far as fast food restaurant veggie burgers go, theirs is easily the closest in taste and feel to their meat patty. Ican't tell the difference. I always get the Litelife burger. If you like Harvey's, you'll like the Litelife burger. Read more
Worst drive-thru EVER! With only 3 cars incl mine, I waited 20min before getting to the window. Parking lot is a pothole, spider... webs around the outside menu and speaker. Discusting place. No customer service. Sad. I will NEVER go back. Read more
