Many issues come to mind, long wait times, completely incorrect orders, rude at times. The manager was quick to fix and very... sweet. I am not impressed that bullying is tolerated in the restaurant. A young boy was denied a fry because he was 10 centsshort and the staff sat back and watched as he was bullied and taunted until I decided enough was enough and purchased his friesand a pop! Wish I could give 0/5 stars. My friend ordered skip the dishes with a combo meal and other food items and only got the drink... with my combo?. The driver was out front and said to call the restaurant. Called them and the girl told me there was nothingthey could do and to ask for a refund through skip (which you only get credits back not money). Asked if the food was there andif someone (skip) could go re pickup or even if I could go get it, she didn?t answer and hung up as I was still talking. Read more
This isn?t my first bad experience I?ve had at this location, but this trip was different. Waited 30+ minutes to order in the... drive through. The person at the window had no words for me when I pulled up, just pushed the pay machine out the window. WhenI asked to confirm the order because the price didn?t look right, they walked away and got the ?manager?. They fix my orderwithout a word. I pull up to the second window and they tell me my food isn?t ready and I need to pull up to the waiting line. Iwait another 10 minutes for an employee to bring my food out. When I open the bag to check to see if everything is there, myfries are COLD and everything has just been thrown into the bag. And?NO MAC SAUCE on the burger?? Isn?t this supposed to befast food? And shouldn?t I get good food for what I pay for? The kids running this location have no training, I never go intothe restaurant anymore because of the staff. Great one McDonald that is open even in holidays... Better when I see many options to choose that I never imagine possible in... one McDonald before. There's the famous Poutini that you exchange although classical fried potatoes and it is cool, because Idon't like that dry potatoes enough. Quickly attending and a bit mistakes in the time to give order. I just think in the next Iwill try something new because it is the same McDonald's in the taste. Read more
I have placed a mobile order multiple times and received the order with missing items that weren't noticed until after I'd left,... which I had to go back for. But today takes the cake, I placed a mobile order for everyone at my work place, and one of mycoworkers went in to pick it up. He gave the order code to the counter staff and was told that was great and the order would beready shortly. He waited almost 30 minutes before asking for the managers help, and this is when he was informed my Cell phonehad to be present in the building to complete the order process. Rather than providing any help or offering to start a new orderhe was told the only way to obtain the food was for my phone to be in the building. So after a 30 minute wait, and driving 10minutes to get it, he left with no food. I will not be ordering from here again, thank you McDonalds. Read more
I think that this location has forgotten the meaning of the term "fast food". We used to get food here on my way to work, but... after almost making me late more than once for waiting 25 minutes+ for fries that weren't even cooked properly (still tough andnot cooked all the way through) we decided to just get drinks on the way...it still took 25 minutes to get an iced tea and a 2×iced coffees. They do not have enough parking spaces to hold all of us who have been directed to "park and wait for our order."We will not be returning to this location. Read more
Just like any other McDonald's I was in. Pretty modern, clean, and quick service. The young people working there seemed to enjoy... it. Parking is kinda cramped but most people use the drive-thru. Ordered my food on a kiosk which is pretty high tech. Read more
Update on my review: So when you order a large peppermint mocha you actually get medium. It?s about 1 inch and a half from the... top. So you pay for a large but get a medium.
