As everyone knows, this is the perfect reason to cross the river! The walk is lovely, the views are excellent and then you reach... the beautiful space. My walk to Picaroons was perfect, as I was able to use the Bill Thorpe Walking Bridge. I am so glad I was mistaken because I had... a chance to order Vegetarian Chili. And for my drink the Red River North Cider hit the spot and was refreshing! My Chili was outof this world. The place is pretty cool with toddlers and dogs, who are welcomed. Even the staff is super friendly, where theyeven called a cab for me! This is a place worth a visit, you will not be disappointed! Read more
Great brewing company and pub. The grounds are the best we have seen of any of the brewers in Fredericton we have visited so... far. Great service, and friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great beer! Comfortable indoor area where you can consume fresh beer on tap. Its nice to go out, get out of the house. Before... stopping in for a pint went for a walk across a bridge which crosses the saint John river. Quite beautiful. Read more
Amazing venue with spaciois indoor/outdoor seating along the river front and a great beer selection (16x taps avail on 06 Aug... 2019). $8 for flights of 4x 5oz tasters is fantastic. Went here with 9 friends. Was a great day and the patio of this bar is located before the water. A bike and walk path outlines... the patio exterior so you can people watch. There is bocci and other park games for kids and adults to play. There is alsofood at a reasonable cost and the furniture is painted very nicely. Would recommend on a warm summer day. Read more
Met a friend here, biked over on the trail, ordered some food only to be told bikes aren't allowed near the picnic tables. I... didn't have a lock so I had to leave, got my super dry wings to go... At the very least post visible signs saying bikes aren'tallowed, not exactly what I expected from a trailside spot. Read more
