I think wendy's is fantastic. It was my first time ordering through the app.. a bit confusing but made it. I did select the pick... up in dine in thinking that I'd run inside pick up the bags and go, but I now know that option is for dining in therestaurant... sorry to the lady working at prospect street last evening during the supper rush... I made more work for youduring a busy time. I did offer to bag it up myself but she was gracious enough to do it quickly for me. So thank you for that,and sorry for making more work for you. I suggest hoing to the other location in Fredericton. Staff was disoriented unaccommodating and unfriendly. Took way too long... to order as the attendant was extremely confused by each menu item. After receiving the order I received a burnt black coffeeafter asking for a 2 cream and 2 sugar. Read more
Driveway was extremely lined up so I went inside. I received some of the best service I've had in fast food in a long time. Food... took less than 5 minutes to get for all 4 of us and was extremely fresh. Was definitely impressed. Read more
Great quality of food here. Sometimes at fast food establishments you can find that there have been fries left out for a while... but not here. The fried food tastes pretty fresh and the sandwiches are packaged with care. Only downside is that we often findthere is quite a lineup here. Being the only Wendy's uptown Fredericton though it's no surprise. Read more
Pretty good customer service, but forget the odd thing or two like sauces sometimes. They accidentally gave me a bacon poutine... instead of a normal poutine, they reimbursed me for the mistake, but I'm a little concerned that this is what passes for bacon.It's basically inedible. ???? Read more
I have been here several times prior this review. Today, I come for lunch with my friends. Baconator is something you should try... if calories are not your main concern. Their salads are good too. The wait time is acceptable. The parking lot is big. No worryon parking at all. If you are in a hurry, drive-through is available. Read more
I love the food at Wendy's. The hamburgers are really good and so are the fries. The drive thru at this location can be either... slow or ridiculously painfully slow. I've actually been in the drive thru at this location for 15 minutes+ on an occasion, andseveral times only a bit shorter. That's ordering a hamburger, not chicken. Sometimes it's pretty quick, but it's been crazyslow too many times. Read more
