Not sure what happened to this place. Used to get calzones there all the time and they were decent. Last night we waited over... two hours for a delivery. If I had been told the wait was that long, I would have found someone who could have run out for me topick up or ordered elsewhere. When I called them after an hour and 45 minutes, they told me it had already been delivered. But Iwas paying cash- so there was no way. They then called me back and said the person would be there in ten minutes. It was longerthan that, but I don?t blame the delivery person - they said there was ONE of them working. Just would have been nice to knowthe ACTUAL wait time- giving me the opportunity to order elsewhere. They were ice cold in smashed boxes when they arrived, whichmade the dough like hard cardboard and inedible. Inside my calzone, there were parts of the meat that were completely plain andparts that did have sauce on them. I couldn?t even mix the sauce around because of the cardboard dough on the outside. It wasabsolutely the worst and went right in the trash. $50 worth of calzones. Don?t get me wrong- I?m not expecting gourmet food. Iget that it?s mass produced, chain, ?bad for you?, processed food. What a disappointment. Ive ordered here before, first time the calzones were undercooked and i had to put them back in the oven... for about 15 minutes because they were actually cooked through. The second the food was pretty good but the last two times I?vetried to order (around 11 on the weekend) they?ve been closed even when it says they?re are open. Today i even got a text fromthem specifically saying they?re open late, so planned to get dinner later and yet they were closed again. Read more
I called 2 times, the first time nobody picked up and when i called again a girl answered and just said ?dp dough order online?... an hung up without even letting me say anything back. Didn?t seem like very good customer service and unfortunately i can?torder online since i only have cash on me at the moment. I?m sure the food would?ve been good though. Read more
If you asked me what place is the worst place I?ve ever ate at or got food at. It would be here. I?ve given it multiple tries... and the food is simply horrendous. I love supporting local businesses but you gotta at least try to make good food. Read more
Food was great. We ordered online and came in to pick it up and ate. The guy working was extremely kind and well mannered.... Boyfriend and I decided to order more to take home lol. I love this food, filling, cheap, and customizable. We need one inniagara falls lol Read more
Take your business elseware. If i could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order at 11:30pm, the estimated arrival was 1:02am.... 1:30am rolls around and i still dont have my food, so i called to get an ETA on the driver, and after THREE call attemps ifinally got ahold of them. I was told that theyre short staffed because of call-offs and that my food will be delivered as soonas possible. Ok thank you I understand, things get backed up. Well its now 2:10am. and i STILL do not have my food. Theyre notpicking up their phone because they closed at 2. I finally got my food at 2:30am . I didnt get a Sorry from the driver. Insteadshe said "I forgot your drink, ill have to go back and get it but i dont know when thatll be i have other orders to take careof" . I waited THREE HOURS my food is cold and they forgot my drink! all in all i paid $36 to wait three hours for a coldcalzone, and wait even longer for my drink with not even an apology. Wonder if i'll take an additional 3 hours to get mydrink.. I cant stress enough how absurd this is. Anyone who waits an hour and a half past the given delivery time should recievea full refund for the major inconvenience. Next time I will be ordering Door Dash. Read more
