Food was burnt. Strawberry donut balls and brisket looked nothing like pictures as far as color. They were black and tasted... nasty. Nearly unedible. Burning food creates carcinogens (acrylamide, PAHs, HCAs...) The waitress simply said sorry and that thecook must have been trying to give the food some color or something like that. Read more
Wasn't sure how a 1 AM experience would be, but it exceeded my expectations. Our waitress was phenomenal. I was kind of spent... after a long night at work myself, but the 5 pepper burger and pumpkin pancakes made my girlfriend's and my tummy very happy.Perfect date. Thank you Denny's! Read more
The staff was nice enough but please don?t eat here. Your food won?t be appealing unless you?re a child, pancakes are hard to... mess up. The food was Lukewarm at best and extremely mediocre. Dennys has never failed me so bad. It?s disappointing to say theleast. We were not the only customers to leave disappointed. Read more
I rated this place a 2 only because they do not have enough help which makes the visit tiresome, frustrating and long. We did... have a friendly server named Andrea. We arrived at the Fredonia NY Denny's after midnight from a concert. We were hungry andtired. Andrea was the only server working that night shift. Andrea though remained friendly and warm towards us and attended toour needs as best she could under the circumstances. We took this into account and we remained patient throughout this visit.Denny's is one of our favorite places to eat and we will continue to eat there but management may need to do more to entice moregood workers like Andrea. Staff was very friendly and speedy considering how short staffed they were. Threw in some pictures of their late night menu... because that was what was available during my visit. Appetizer was a perfect plate presentation; I wished it was a tad biggerthough. The marinara was phenomenal along with the bleu cheese and ranch! Side salad was good. The Super bird sandwich is goodbut it's more of a Skimpy bird than a super bird; definitely small enough for a child. Last but not least the Burbon Baconburger was amazing and the sauce was to absolutely die for. I'd definitely recommend ...but portions are small and it issomewhat pricey for the portion size. This was one the best breakfast or Dennys experiences my wife and I have ever had. The staff was friendly and efficient. The... scrambled eggs and hashbrowns were done to perfection. The strawberries on my crepes were fresh, cool, and delicious. Thefilling for the crepes was an amazing light, airy texture and sweet without being overwhelming. This stop made the second dayof our road trip start beautifully. Read more
I know it isn't fine dining, but this is one of the better Dennys I've been to. They actually make every effort to give you the... best experience possible for your money. This extends from the service to the people in the back preparing the food. Dennys ornot, they are doing it right. Read more
