Wherry disappointment! Their ventilation and exhaust work so poorly that they are forced to open the door in a place where... people eat! And it's very cold then have a cute lunch! They don't have a chicken and fish fryer! This is a terrible managementjob inside a restaurant! Just awful and embarrassing. McDonald's Fredonia has gradually gone downhill over the years, with a recent franchise owner takeover, the new staff guarantee... that you will end up waiting in line for 20-30 minutes for a quick bite, defeating the point of "fast food". Food quality hasbeen dropping, inconsistently prepared orders, a frequently dirty dining area, and ever increasing prices, I would not recommendvisiting. As a side note, if you attempt to deliver orders through DoorDash at this location, you may possibly end up spendingupwards of 45 minutes sitting in the drive thru, just to pick up and deliver one small order. I am beyond disgusted, after waiting almost 20 minutes for a big mac, 10 piece and a 20 piece I get home to have dinner with... boyfriend, he opens the 10 piece and what do we find, a clump of hair ???? you?ll never catch me back after this, there is noway you miss this much hair in food, it seems like this would?ve had to be intentional. I love this McDonald's location. My husband and I placed a mobile order and when we pulled up for pick up, the cashier said the... payment didn't go through, we were going to try again, and the manager stepped up, and said it was a known issue they werehaving that morning. He put our 3 burrito order through as a promo and gave us breakfast when he didn't have to. Definitely willrecommend this place to anyone looking for good McDonald's food and a great experience. ???? This location was utterly disappointing. Not what you come to expect from any McDonalds. It was so disorganized, the staff was... rude and inconsiderate. We ordered cheeseburger, happy meal and 2 coffees. First off, we had to wait a long time for our orderand 3-4 patrons that were in line after us had already gotten their food. I then saw what appeared to be our food sitting on thecounter in the paper bag already, getting cold while we were STILL waiting for our coffees to get made. Our coffees somehow took15 minutes to get made and it wasn't even made well. We had disgusting coffee and cold food and the manager gave me attitudewhen I complained and had the nerve to say (with unnecessary attitude) "well, what do you want me to do about it?" Where did the ketchup pumps go? We didn't see any in the afternoon on 8/18/22. We got ketchup from the very good & friendly... cashier, so it's not a huge deal. My hungry preschooler likes to use nuggets as a vehicle for spooning ketchup into his mouth atleast 2x before eating bites of nug, if it were up to him ketchup would be a legit course of meals, served like a pudding cup...He simply wanted access to ketchup faster than I could open packets and as much as that's a me-problem, this is my chance tosuggest that there should be a self-service ketchup access point in the dining area at all times. The workers could be a little more friendly and act like they want to be at that job and that's during the day and the 3rd shift... workers have the worst attitude I've ever had to deal with I try to avoid this establishment as much as possible I rather spendmy money at other places than this. And the management isn't any better with there attitudes and never seem to be able to handletheir workers. Read more
Went to the drive-thru at 1:00 this morning, the worst nastiest attitude I've ever experienced in my life without me even seeing... one word she's rolling her eyes and acting like if she does not want to be there.. So I decided to leave without the foodbecause who wants to be served with someone with an attitude like that?? You don't know what they will do to your food.. Theyneed more older people working at night because maybe they have a better attitude with others due to their maturity.. No hi orwelcome to McDonald's No thank you..
