The Starbucks on SUNY Fredonia's campus is nice! The staff are friendly, and get you your order with amazing speed. I've never... had an order wrong. However, throughout the week days (and nearly all day on weekends), the line length is insane. Sometimes itcompletely leaves the Starbucks area, and cuts across the lobby of University Commons. This isn't Starbucks fault, however, soI won't take off a star for it. Read more
It's a pretty good Starbucks. However they do not use the mobile app, and they don't operate like other starbucks with Happy... Hours and stuff like that. Also be sure to have a backup order ready because they are usually out of stuff. Read more
This Starbucks is the same as other Starbucks in available items and drinks, and the flavor is the same. I have some favorite... drinks here, and I always order a hot Salted Caramel Mocha around this time of year. The wait is, well, always long. That comeswith the territory of being on a campus. Starbucks has always been the place for kids to stop and grab something really quick,but also to do class work. I met and hung out with some of my closest friends here, so it will always be a little special to me.However if you?re going, just plan on waiting a little bit, but patience is always key anywhere. Very friendly customer service. Very efficient with their orders. The coffee shop and tables are very up kept. They have great... deals. The only downfall is there hours. I know it's because it's on a college campus. If they had one off campus more towardsthe city I think they'd get more service. The location is great for students and staff.
