Good coffee visited during busy hour and surprised how fast served.
Man on grill was Super rude yelling out orders for pick up.. I finally realized it was part of my order and I did not get my... Muffin they were out of hash browns he tells me oh you should have got your muffin by the register. Extremely Rude to hiscustomers for a lead. He had glasses and talked with a sweet girly voice but was not sweet at all. Read more

Stopped in for breakfast , my egg &cheese was hot and fresh. Staff very welcoming , coffee fresh and hot. Wish they still... offered a ceramic mug for indoor coffee. Read more
Every time I come here they make my iced coffee so so so good. The Tim hortons in Irving gives me brown water every single time... I go. I love that I can count on this tims to give me the coffee that?s worth paying for! The line does take a while sometimesbut I work at McDonald?s and completely understand what?s going on inside the building when I?m in line. Thank you!! Read more
Visited this location on a Sunday around 11am went inside Wait time was horrible..( 1 order was bring prepared when I walked in,... 3 customers in front of me which 1 order was a iced cap amd she was complaining that she was on a wrk break and it was takingforever.. Another was just 10 pk timbits and another was 2 drinks and a donut) staff taking care of Front of store was slow andtalking to each other instead of taking and filling orders. I recieved my items before the customer who's order was beingprepared when I walked in store who was missing item ordered and the staff knew before I even ordered and they were stillwaiting after I received my items. ( They were more patient then me ... mind you it was just a donut nothing needed to be cookedfor it.) The person doing the toaster items in my opinion was the only one working and getting orders out for both drive thruand inside. 2nd attempt visited on Monday around 930am went thru drive-thru. Line moved fast but order was wrong. Noticed drinrkwas missing expresso and asked employee she disagreed and I asked her to make sure and when she asked sure Enough it wasn'tcomplete and staff member was upset acting like I added that at window. So make sure order accurate cause to many hands fillingorders. Will be trying another location to see if service better. Read more
I go here at least a few times a week and my order is consistently messed up in one way or another. They struggle to get the... most basic orders correct. 50/50 shot you'll get exactly what you paid for and have it be made correctly. I just got served whatwas supposed to be a hot vanilla latte that was cold, mostly milk, and tasted like dish soap and I can't give feedback to TimHortons because you need your receipt number and they didn't give me one. Long story short, the employees are incompetent. Thiswas my last straw. I will definitely not be going back to this location. I would recommend going to the Dunkirk one on Lakeshoreif you want that consistent Timmies quality. Read more
The coffee was very good which I'm not surprised everyone says it is and the BLT sandwich was very good
