Always check you pizza order before you leave but pulls though on service!

Im trying to buy a piece of pepperoni pizza. The manager was there and tell to two guys was working that they where running out... of pizza and make more. I ask how long it takes, so she tells me 6 to 7 minutes so i wait in my car and enter to the store like10 minutes after . When i ask she tells me like 6 to 7 minutes. Both guys just talk and talk. Pizza is usually made wrong. Ordered pizza tonight and they made it wrong, didn?t offer to remake it or refund or even call to... tell me they ran out of the sauce when I requested it to be remade. Horrible customer service. Kitchen staff does wear a mask.All staff were dressed unprofessionally and did not treat me respectfully. If you want pizza, stop at the Random Lake store,this one needs new management. Ridiculous! Read more
Always clean, good staff, good pizza. I usually stop for a slice or two when I go to the cheese store just north of them. I am... yet to try a fresh sub there but like a few others have said the rest of the food (other than the cheesy potatoes) areoverpriced for how they are. Read more
You have 5 Casey stores in a 10 mile radius and only one makes pizzas. That one location doesn't make pizzas tonight because... the person is a no call no show. Terrible business planning. I say get rid of a few of the station and hire someone reliable. Read more
Lots of choices here, to many decisions lol They have a pretty decent rewards program. Stores are clean. Customers are polite... and handsome. Will shop here again. Pizzas are fairly good as well! Read more
