Move to Fredonia 2 years ago and every single time I go to this McDonald's the french fries are amazingly HoTT and delicious
The lady at the drive-thru window was EXTREMELY rude. We simply asked for 2 McChicken's with cheese, and in a very rude and... condescending tone she said "...so how they come?". Very easy to instead kindly say "That's actually how them come!". I've beenin customer service and understand it can be tough, but really? Your minimum wage is incredible. There should be absolutely noreason to talk to a customer who is doing all they can to be kind and clear with their order. Worst McDonald's I've ever seen. Read more
The scanner didn't give me my 2nd item for 29 cents. When i pointed it out to the lady who helped me, she wasn't happy about it.... She was extremely busy, and was a little rude as she pushed the orieo mint shake i ordered at me, saying take this its worthmore than 29 cents. She did not understand that that she actually owed me $4.00. Because one of the items i ordered shouldhave been 29 cents not $4.59. The food was good, server too busy to pay attention to me, the customer. Sadly, they lookedshort-handed, but no excuse for poor customer service. Read more
Used to have it at a three star. But just stood at the register for three or four minutes listening to the staff all talk about... their lives. One person working the drive-through. They need to pay more attention to the customers even though they don?t haveindoor dining anymore. A very sad representation of what people get paid to do in my opinion today. I am all about making theworkplace livable and fun. And enjoyable experience to all. But that does not include stand here complain and ignore thecustomer. Read more
