In past month, we have had a pizza with no sauce and wings with only half covered in requested sauce.
Worst customer service in all of freeburg. Nobody ever answers the phone and when they do their extremely rude!! It's a shame... because the food is good it's just the customer service sucks real bad!! Read more
I am pretty sure they forgot the cheese on my super Supreme. I could find none and the toppings would not stay in a pizza... slice. It appeared to be crust sauce and toppings. Read more

My pizza wasn?t a thing of beauty let?s just say, I was sure that at some point the driver had to hit the brakes a little too,... late or too, hard. As a former driver I understand this happens, but I also would have checked the pizza before walking to thedoor, but it wasn?t horrible or inedible, so I didn?t call to complain. Read more
They was very very rude I order a pizza, wings, bread sticks and pasta he came in and pretty much threw it on the table. They... didn't inform me that they charge $3.25 for delivery. After he threw my food he handed me my receipt and I asked where I sign atand he said "Where it says signature" and he had a very rude tone. I signed the receipt and I went to give him the one he neededand he snatched the paper out of my hand and he pulled my finger as I went to give him his pen back. Then after he left I calledand spoke with as he called himself the manager and he was very disrespectful and I asked to talk to someone higher then him andevery time I asked he kept telling me that they won't be in for a couple weeks and then I asked for mild sauce for my wingsbecause they didn't come with anything on them and he got even more rude and I originally called to report a driver and he saidthat he didn't know that information which as a manger you should. i asked for a personal pan supreme and there was hardly anything on it and they have upped the price 1.00. I will not be back.... Worst pizza i ever had from there... Read more
