I like that you can watch them make your food first girl put gloves on then touched her ear???? I hate to say anything then I... wanted a 6inch flatbread she went over to the only flatbread in the bag and it broke like a china plate. I said well I guessthat one is not good? She said the rest are frozen. No problem give me a 6inch italian herb and cheese. Wanted a steak withpepperjack cheese she rattled the lids to containers then had to go back to look for steak came back thought to my self now I'mgoing to ask her for new gloves????. Went through the drive up. Food was good just not what we ordered. Totally wrong. I would have liked to seen the persons... reaction when they got my Italian with extra meat instead the of veggie sandwich they ordered. Read more
I ordered the chicken bacon ranch salad online. I asked for it not to be chopped as I do not like it when it is chopped. It... also said it on my receipt. It came chopped with 2 pieces of chicken and a half a piece of bacon. I would not have wrote it onhere but I made 3 attempts to call them and they would not answer their phone. Read more
I just purchased 2 sandwiches. While making my sandwich the worker went to driveup window with the gloves that was preparing my... sandwich and then came back to finish my sandwich. Handling the window frame and handle of window. I did try to correct thefellow and i do believe the so called manager was there and had nothing to say. I do see that these boys are working and iappreciate that, but they still need to understand they are gonna make someone sick by handling food and opening the drive thurwindow and not changing your gloves. My sandwich was very good. Bread was fresh. Had meat and all the toppings I wanted on it. Service was fast. Girl behind counter... was nice and chatted as making sandwich. She had a mask on. Sat in drive thru for over 20 minutes. Manager stated that the drive thru customers are IGNORED when they are busy inside.... Manager EXTREMELY rude, combative, and aggressive upon hearing that this was unsatisfactory. Threatened to ban me fromlocation. Refused to pass my contact info to his boss. If you choose to patron this location, DO NOT use the drive thru. Theymight as well abandon pretense and brick the window up. Read more
