I havent been here in awhile now. I use to go 5 days per week. I was given something other than what I ordered, noone said... anything, someone wrote a note on the bag my food was in, thinking I'd see it. I did not. Then when I called about it, they saidthats what we do. I said I didn't see the note, I would have liked it if someone said, sorry we don't have what you ordered, canI get you something different?? That would be the best way to handle it. I felt noone cared about me the customer, who cameeveryday. So I went on line to talk about the situation, and noone from on -line said anything. So I erased my app. And stoppedgoing to the Capitola store. If you must go, go to a different store. Thanks Read more

Mobile orders are drowning this place. The staff needs to be trained in how to handle a rush. There were 60-100 drinks made... waiting on tables. The barista was being constantly crowded with questions so she could never call out a name. Create moretables label them by time so when people ask for a certain order time go to that table. I also ordered mine at 943am. They werecalling drinks for 850am. Read more

I've had multiple bad experiences here... seriously the most incompetent Starbucks I've ever been to (and I've been to a lot).... Most recently, I walked in and ordered a breakfast sandwich on my way to work. I went outside for 10 minutes and waited, thenwalked back in and waited for 5 more minutes as people picked up their mobile orders. I was watching and nobody was near theoven where they heat the food. I asked the lady when my food was going to be ready (I was on the cusp of being late for work atthis point). She rudely retorted it would ready when they called my name. I asked if it was in the oven and she lied that itwas. I then saw another barista go and ask the kid in charge of food orders if it was, it was clear he had forgotten about itand hastily threw one in the oven. At this point I just asked for my money back. She didn't apologize or even appear to want torefund me. In the past they've gotten my order wrong, and even tried to charge me when I asked for more cream (now that youcan't add your own due to covid)... seriously the worst management EVER. Read more
