First time writing a negative review about a restaurant and it?s because it?s really just that bad. Would never go back here for... a meal again. The food is always cold even when it?s picked up right on time and they consistently forget to include parts ofyour order. Wanted to give the benefit of the doubt but it happens all the time now. AVOID THIS BRANCH!!! Since the change in management the location has utterly failed to uphold the standards at other branches.... I'm a Platinum member meaning I am a frequent visitor of the franchise. The staff was unable the correct fold a burrito and didnot fulfill my request for a double steak; rather gave me a single to pass off as a double. I am huge fan of Bubbakoo's but thisFreehold branch has lost its way and this customer's patronage. The fact that my visit ended with me throwing out my garbage anda group of flies emerged from the trash receptacle. Bubbakoos corporate office stop by and see if this is the representation youwould want. Jackson and Hazlet are great. UPDATE: Emailed customer service twice and have failed to receive a response. Justneed to hold the franchises to a standard. So let me know if you truly want to improve this branch by responding. Or not. Yourchoice. Read more
Its an amazing place to have food. I usually order quesdillas with steak and shrimp. I couldn't resist myself to order more for... my friends. The new management and staff is so friendly and more focused on cleanliness. Food is so unresistable that all of myfriends go there after school. Read more
Food was alright but my bowl was so small ordered a single steak got like 4/5 pieces of steaks. Ordered an empanada it was good... but it was apple and I asked for beef. Crew was very disorganized. And there was like 5 people working there and is should havebeen more organized. Read more
We were there for the second time today, took chicken burrito bowls for the family for dinner. At 6:30 PM they were running... short on basic things like rice, lattice, guacamole. What I got in my bowl was scratched rice from the base, I asked the personmaking my bowl thrice to refill but he purposefully ignored me. Very rude staff totally lack basic courtesy. Ordered fries hegot them for the kitchen in about 5 mins but made me wait for another 10 when I asked him are fires ready he said NO. And thenafter 10 mins game me the same box.. Don?t know who owns this place but surely they don?t want to do business here .. this oneis absolutely out of my list .. Mediocre food served by horrible staff. Read more

Idk what happened to this bubbakoos but clearly there has been a change in leadership and staff because legit the one server... gives the smallest portions ever even for basic stuff!!! Plus I was told a side tortilla is extra??? Like when has a sidetortilla ever been extra anywhere!!! I personally am disappointed with this location cause it used to be my go too now I go outof my way to other bubbakoos because of how bad the service here is. Read more
