The Manager here has exceedingly low if any Customer Service abilities. Very disappointing and will never order from here again!

Went in to order food and sat at a table with my son to order on app. A tall thin old man cleaning the floor starts complaining... about us sitting down before ordering. We ate our food and left quickly. He made us feel very uncomfortable for dining in. Read more
Such a strange experience today. I guess they were short staffed and running behind. Totally understandable, it is what it is.... But one of the employees turned away a customer because they were ?out of gas? not quite sure what was going on. But at the sametime I could hear one of the employees complaining that they have been here since 2:30 at ?at least I didn?t come 5 minuteslate?. As we were leaving s female employee took her break and spent it all complaining to a friend over the phone about hownobody wants to work and everyone is complaining. Very ironic. Food was ice cold and the impossible whopper I had tasted like someone microwaved it instead of grilled it. My bun was... absolutely stale, it fell apart as I picked it up, so there is no doubt in my mind that it was sitting on a shelf for more thanit should have. I regret buying food here every week, but it is the only place I can get food. I waited thirty-five (35) minutes in the... drive-thru a week ago .... and today(the only reason I am posting this) is because I paid for an online order and have been herefor 23 minutes trying to pick up my food that I already paid for!
