There?s a reason the reviews are so low. This location used to be great but the staff is not competent at all. Honestly I blame... the location for not paying people more you cannot expect quality for min wage. Their greed is actually costing them. I was toldsteak would take another 15 to 20 min. Long story short it wasn?t done until almost 45 to an hour later because they lied aboutever putting it on the grill. They decided to put the chicken on first ( they still ran out of that too). Their logic is thechicken takes longer? So you put something on the grill that you still have out meanwhile the steak takes about 10 min? Yeahreally logical. The girl that was supposed to be in charge is just another kid working there with no clue. At one point all ofthe staff literally disappeared to the back. This Chipotle NEVER has fajita vegetables. It has to be intentional but I can't figure out why. We went last night and people... were just walking out in disgust. They had several empty trays and they never offer apologies or reasons. They pretend to"look in the back" and then quietly say, "we're out." The employees must have tough skin because they must get beratedconstantly. It's frustrating to wait on line to find out everything you like is "out". If the managers are trying to run theplace into the ground they are doing an excellent job. It just sucks because I love Chipotle and driving to Howell is a pain... but always worth it. as the previous reviews have mentioned they can never get the order right , and i ordered lettuce and they didn?t put any or let... me know they didn?t have it, and they didn?t put enough meat to make up for the no lettuce.they?re always out of some meat orvegetables Read more
This location can never seem to get an order right. It isn?t even about missing ingredients, it?s just not even remotely close... to what we ordered and always comes out a mess. We often wait over an hour for our order to arrive cold, incorrect, missingitems and/or looking terrible. Every time I?ve been to this location there is always plenty of workers + a manager on duty, so Idon?t know how they can continuously mess up this bad with so many people working. Other locations I have been to have 1 personon register and 1 working the food line and haven?t had any of these issues. Not sure if this is a training issue or just lackof awareness but it certainly needs to be addressed by management. Read more
Horrible, will never come back!!! Food taste cold, kids who work here terrible, foods are empty, did not refill them and told... was out. Tables are messy and dirty. Don't know how the health department lets them passed the inspection!! Terrible. Never seethis before. Read more
Friend and I decided to order food tonight, and were severely dissatisfied with our experience. After waiting 20 minutes past... the pickup time in a near empty restaurant they gave us our food and told us they were out of chips, but didn?t refund us. Whenwe got home to eat our food had been prepared entirely wrong. The salad was missing its chicken, steak, veggies, and beans. Itwas a cold bowl of lettuce, tomatoes, undercooked rice, sour cream, and cheese. My burrito had beans, when I asked for no beans,and was entirely cold by the time we completed our10 minute drive home. Read more
I ordered a steak bowl with extra steak and got something completely different. In addition the bowl is mainly lettuce and has... six piece of chicken. This is the third time already, consider hiring smarter people not lacking in education. Read more
Not good. My order was mostly incorrect and I never got my guac. Tried to get a refund for it but couldn?t get in touch with a... human being. The AI gave me a bogo instead which sucks because I honestly should just get refunded my bowl w/ wrong instead ofhave to buy an additional bowl next time. Read more
