I wish the delivery folks knew how to handle pizza. It is hysterical that the app always pushes you to get extra cheese, but the... deliver folks seem to want to cary the pizza on its side?!? (See photos) Read more

Great pizza and sides, very clean store. I regularly use the app to order food not only is it simple but you can Google coupons... and also accrue points to receive free items. Also the tracking information is on point. Fantastic store Read more

I have always had a great service and food from the Freehold Domino's. Even their delivery drivers are courteous.

I placed an order for a medium 1 topping pan pizza and lava cakes at 8:58pm. The driver arrived at 9:48pm. The pizza box was... crushed in from where the lava cakes were pushed down on it. The cheese was stuck to the top of the box. The driver had passedby my house. He was on his phone(Bluetooth) when he arrived. I don?t care about that, but obviously it distracted him from wherehe was going and the way he was handling my order. I paid $8.10 between the delivery fee and tip. I live 7 minutes away. Icalled the store and they offered to remake the order, but I didn?t expect the delivery to take so long and I certainly wasn?tgoing to wait another hour. Next time, I will only pay the delivery fee. I understand that they are probably short staffed andunderpaid, but I?ve been there before myself and I still took pride in doing my job correctly. Read more

Received unlawful and bad service. Wrote to Dominos Corp around 3/16/2022. No reply as of yet. Please see below. It's definitely... ground for a legal action. I have few coupons from SaveArround coupon book that I had been purchasing for the last 10 or soyears to support local High Schools. One of the coupons that the book has is from Domino?s (buy any, one or more toping largepizza, and get another free of equal or lesser value), and there?s no restriction whatsoever. Besides buying other stuffthroughout the year from Domino?s, I had been using this coupon to buy one spatiality pizza (it has more than one topping) atthe regular menu price and get another one for free as indicated. To make long story short with the limited messaging space,today 3/16/2022, at around 8:30pm, when I went to the Freehold, NJ store and presented the coupon (it?s only valid at Freehold,NJ store), I was told it was not valid for Specialty pizza - minding you that there?s nowhere in it or in the book, it mentionsof any restriction other than the standard ?can?t be used with any other coupons,? and I have been using it for over 10years. Anyhow, an argument erupted ? I, saying that I had used the coupon before and him emphasizing that it can?t be true, andwe went back and forth several times. It that point, I asked him how long he?s been working at Domino?s? His answer was 11years. Obviously frustrated, I replied to that ?it can?t be. If you did, you?d know. I?d like to talk to the manager please.? Tothat his reply was ?If that?s going to be your attitude, I?m not going to serve you. Please leave the store.? Why would I leavethe store, was my question, and asked him again if I could talk to the manager? To that he replied because I said so, and I canbecause I?m the general manager. Hello, don?t mind the username and profile photo I am in my daughters account. I called today and the automated message said... that they was a deal. I asked the man on the call if it was online ordering only or in store. He told me to use my criticalthinking skills. I was confused and asked why he was being rude and he kept telling me to use my critical thinking skills. Heclaimed I called 4 times which was a lie because it was only their was only two times I called that day. I called previouslybefore and asked if I can place an order for pickup and he said ?No?
