Tables were dirty, staff served everything to go, no longer can you grab your own napkins or condiments. Was told to use the... kiosk to order, perhaps understaffed? I don't know. But gone are the days of a fun relaxing and clean breakfast at MickyD's. Read more

Without a doubt the worst McDonald?s in NJ history. This place was half decent many years ago. I work overnight shift at a... nearby facility and go to this places drive-thru a few times a month and my god I am DONE. First off the two women that work thewindows on overnights are horrible. Bad attitude, rude and obnoxious, have no clue how they deal with people daily and haven?tbeen dragged through the window. Second- overcharges. This goes back to point number one but the woman at window #1 constantlycan?t figure out how to handle mobile app payment and I have been double charged multiple times. Back a few days ago I orderedat the window and told her to pay with the code on my app. I have multiple valid credit cards with plenty of balance tied to myMcDonald?s app and I have the settings so that when they use my code I get points and it pays for the order. Well, sheconstantly tells me oh the payment didn?t go through. So since I?m on my midnight break from work I don?t have any credit cardswith me so she tells me too bad. So I end up doing a mobile order for the item so they can ?get their payment? and I can get myfood and leave. So that night I notice two pending charges of $4.25 because as expected she charged me at the window with mycode and then the mobile order I was charged again. I thought maybe the extra pending charge would drop off but nope. Fastforward three days both charges posted to my account. So now nobody answers the phone here, McDonald's corporate customerservice is laughable, so now I get to spend 20 minutes on the phone with American Express to dispute the charge. This doublecharge has happened to me MULTIPLE times in the past but only for $1.07 for a soda so I?ve let it slide because I?m not spending20 minutes on the phone for a dollar but this is it. Today was the worst day at this location!!! Pull up to place my order and as I?m talking two other people are in the background... talking so I was asked twice to repeat my order! I pull up to pay, he takes my card but not paying attention he?s talking to thetwo other associates. Never looks at me to hand me back my card and off I go to the next window. My order, repeated twice,Hamburger happy meal with a kids chocolate shake, French fries. 4 piece chicken nuggets. Was asked if I wanted extra fries orapple slices. I said extra fries please. And a small Diet Coke. Get to the window for pick up. Was told I needed to pay 1.24more (Wasn?t enough ton my card). I get everything and check the order. No shake No extra fries. I ask where is it shechecks and said you never ordered that. Then said if that what you want, you need to pay an extra 3.68. WTH????? I told herher employees need to pay better attention to the customer and stop socializing with each other while taking someone?s order. They were nasty. Brought the people from the 1st window and I basically was laughed at with my 21/2 year old grandson in thecar. Never, Ever wAsI so disgusted and ignored. Hire some caring , capable workers!!!! The food was terrible! After working 30 hours and facing a 1 hour commute home, i was very hungry. The young lady that took my... order was very pleasant and helpful. I asked that my food be made fresh. By the time I received my receipt my food was beinghanded to me in a bag by a supervisor/manager. I asked her was that made fresh she assured me it was. I went into my car tobegin to eat and the food was cold and old! I went back in to have it made fresh. I never received an apology nor anacknowledgment of my inconvenience. I don't know what they gave me, new or the same thing warmed up. But it was terrible. Mystomach was sick after the few pieces I consumed. I will no longer be eating at that location nor any other McDonald's!!! Read more

The McDonalds branch in Freehold is somewhat a hit and miss thing. If the person at the drive thru can understand you perfectly,... your order will be perfect. But if it?s the opposite, you order will unfortunately be messed up. You will still get food though,just not what you ordered. Haha! Read more

Jesus Christ, just assume every single item ordered will receive a large fry. I cannot tell you the amount of times I?ve had to... ?pull up? after receiving half my order because they continually do not anticipate the sheer love of fries. Read more

New review: I specifically placed my order during the lunch rush so my fries would be hot and fresh. Instead, they were ice... cold. Half of them had brown marks from where the potato was rotten. The container was so empty, it was almost flat in thebag(see picture). The employees at this location are the absolute worst. Whoever owns this place is too busy counting his moneyto care. Previous review: This overcooked burger was ice cold and literally tasted like vomit. Absolutely disgusting. Read more
